If you’re having trouble with your Fidelity Cash Management account, try checking whether the account name on your provider's website contains the word "individual" or "joint”. If it does, please rename the account to one of the following options on your provider’s website:

    • Checking
    • Saving
    • Cash Management
    • Business
    • Short term savings
