Can I cancel Prosper ID Protect?

You may cancel your ID Protect subscription at any time through the apps Settings, and you will receive a full or prorated refund based on the date you purchased Prosper ID Protect.

To cancel your Prosper ID Protect subscription please follow these steps.

For iPhone:

    1. Open the Prosper Daily mobile app.
    2. Go to "Me".
    3. Tap on the wheel icon on the top left of your screen to open "Settings".
    4. Scroll down and tap on "My Plan".
    5. Tap on "Cancel Subscription and Erase Identity D


For Android:

    1. Open the Prosper Daily mobile app.
    2. Go to the "Money" tab.
    3. Tap on the 3-dot icon on the top right of your screen.
    4. Tap on "My Subscription".
    5. Tap on the 3-dot icon on the top right of the "My Subscription" screen.
    6. Tap on "Cancel Protection & Erase My Data".
    7. Tap on "Cancel My Protection" to confirm.


For
monthly subscriptions, you are entitled to a full refund if you end your subscription within 14 days of your initial subscription. If you end your subscription after 14 days from your initial subscription, you’ll receive a prorated refund for the remainder of the last month you’ve paid for.

For annual subscriptions, you are entitled to a full refund if you end your subscription within 14 days of your initial subscription. If you end your subscription after 14 days and within 180 days from your initial subscription, you are entitled to a prorated refund based on the number of days in the year from your initial subscription to your subscription termination.

Note: after 180 days from your initial subscription, you will not be entitled to any refund for your annual subscription even if you terminate your subscription.
