Tap on your card’s refresh arrow icon to update it. If there's a "reconnect" alert on one of your cards, tap on it and re-enter your card's online credentials.
Step by Step:
- Swipe through your cards until you land on the card that isn't updating.
- Tap on the refresh arrow icon located on the bottom left corner of the card.
- This will send your card into refresh mode.
Note: If you've refreshed your card and your account activity still hasn't updated, please send an email to email@example.com.
