How do I update a financial account?

Tap on your card’s refresh arrow icon to update it. If there's a "reconnect" alert on one of your cards, tap on it and re-enter your card's online credentials.

Step by Step:

  1. Swipe through your cards until you land on the card that isn't updating.
  2. Tap on the refresh arrow icon located on the bottom left corner of the card.
  3. This will send your card into refresh mode.

Note: If you've refreshed your card and your account activity still hasn't updated, please send an email to support@daily.prosper.com.
