Why isn't my account updating?

Here are 3 tips that may help:

  1. Make sure you are able to login into your card's online account and after a successful login, return to the BillGuard app. 
  2. Please tap on 'reconnect' next to the 'account disconnected' alert on your account in the app and re-enter your username and password. This should re-establish the connection between your account and the app.
  3. If you’re having trouble adding an account, your financial institution's website may be down for maintenance. Best to try again in a few hours.
