- Make sure you are able to login into your card's online account and after a successful login, return to the BillGuard app.
- Please tap on 'reconnect' next to the 'account disconnected' alert on your account in the app and re-enter your username and password. This should re-establish the connection between your account and the app.
- If you’re having trouble adding an account, your financial institution's website may be down for maintenance. Best to try again in a few hours.
