Financial account isn't updating?

We use the financial aggregation services of Yodlee to pull your financial activity on a daily basis. When you launch the Prosper Daily app, it updates with the latest data available to Prosper Daily. If you're not seeing pending transactions, then they're not being made available to us by your financial institution.

Here are 3 tips that may help:

  1. Update your card by tapping on the refresh arrow icon (located on the bottom-left corner of your card).
  2. If there's a "reconnect" alert on one of your cards, tap on it and re-enter your card's online credentials.
  3. If you’re still having trouble refreshing an account, your financial institution's website may be down for maintenance. Best to try again in a few hours.
