Q: What is happening to the Prosper Daily App?

Q: What happens to my personal information once Prosper Daily is discontinued? Will my personal information be safe?

A: Your privacy is our top priority. Once the app is discontinued Prosper will no longer have access to users’ financial accounts, and the wind down process will adhere to industry best practices to ensure users’ personal identifiable information remains protected.

Q: How do I remove the Prosper Daily app from my phone?

A: To remove the Prosper Daily app from your iPhone, lightly touch and hold on the app you wish to delete for a few seconds, until they all start shaking. Then press the delete (the x) in the corner to delete the app. You can visit the Apple Support Center to get more details on deleting apps: https://support.apple.com/.

 

To remove the Prosper Daily app from your Android device, open your device’s settings app. Tap Apps or Application Manager. Tap the app you want to uninstall. You may need to scroll to find the app and then tap Uninstall. For more details, visit the Google Play Help Center.

 

Q: I paid for an annual subscription to Prosper Daily. Will I get my money back?

A: Yes. Prosper Daily subscribers that paid for the entire year will be reimbursed for the outstanding balance. We will be stopping billing as of 7/31, and the pro-rated refund will be credited to your account 5 to 10 business days later. So for example, if you paid in May 2017 for one year, you received 3 months of service, and you will be refunded for 9 months.

 If you pay monthly, you will no longer be charged a monthly fee starting in August. The last month your credit or debit card on file with Prosper Daily will be charged is July 2017.

 

Q: What is Clarity Money?

A: We have teamed up with Clarity Money to offer Prosper Daily users an alternative app to track their spending and monitor their credit score. Clarity Money is a personal financial management app that helps you take control of your finances by cancelling wasteful accounts, lowering bills, getting you better deals and overall helping to manage your financial life. Q: I used Prosper Daily to manage the payment of my loan through Prosper. How should I manage my payments now?

A: You can access your account through our website, www.prosper.com. If you have any problems logging into your account, you can reset your password by clicking on “forgot password.” You can also contact Prosper customer service at prosperdaily@prosper.com
